My daughter is 18 years and her incontinence has been going on for awhile and we are unsure what to do about it

This must be incredibly frustrating and challenging for you all. Given her age I would strongly recommend that you meet with a continence specialist who will be best placed to support you through this process. There are a range of treatment options available and sometimes the combining of two (for example, the alarm with medication) can prove to be most effective - this should always be done under the guidance of a medical practitioner.
